RETURN & REFUND POLICY – WOW JUST WOW CANDLE COMPANY

At Wow Just Wow Candle Company, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
- Used or opened products  
- Custom or made-to-order items  
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

REFUNDS  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
